Study: Lagenidium giganteum strain:ARSEF 373 Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Lagenidium giganteum is a mosquito pathogen and can be developed as a biological control agent against mosquitoes. The objective of the transcriptome analysis is to accelerate gene discovery and identify genes involved in the pathogenicity process. Ultimately, the goal is to translate the genomic information in effective and environmentally sustainable bioinsecticides against mosquitoes.
